When it comes to staff training, we pride ourselves on the ability to provide professional staff with a thorough knowledge of customer service and best practice.
To ensure the very best for our clients, we have just rolled out an intensive 12 month training programme for all staff, hosted by Manchester College. Staff members will be accompanied by trainers from the college to Merco sites, where they will learn the very latest in cleaning, health & safety and customer service. At the end of the programme, staff members will receive qualifications in each of these key areas.
Whether it’s cleaning, working in accordance to health and safety or dealing with customer queries, we want to be certain that our staff are setting industry standards. In turn, it is great to see how excited our workforce are at the prospect of gaining new knowledge that will allow them to be the best they can be.
