Meet Merco’s Head Field Team
2020 is finally in full swing despite a painfully long January – and hopefully, you’re all making a strong start to the new decade.
Once again, we’ve hit the ground running at Merco following our award win in November. And as we continue to expand, we’ve had to acquire some more hands on deck, and so we feel that a re-introduction is due.
Meet our Head Field Team:
First, we’ll introduce our Operations Manager, Neil Fagleman; Neil is responsible for overseeing the provision of the excellent services Merco provides. He has a group of talented people who work alongside him and ensure the client receives more than they expect.
Next, there’s our newly appointed Area Manager, Kelly Evans. Kelly is fully responsible for ensuring that we consistently meet the expectations and needs of our clients. She’s the first point of contact with any queries or issues relating to contracts – keeping the essential line of communication open between clients and ourselves.
Our experienced Area Manager Paul Johnson has taken on a new position and is now Merco’s dedicated Quality Audit Manager. Paul’s responsibility is to visit all sites regularly to ensure that quality control is maintained; an integral part of our total Quality Management System.
Our Mobile Van units are now headed by Amy & Geoffrey. The mobile units service various types of contracts across Manchester following an organised and very busy schedule, keeping so many of our clients’ premises pristine and fresh!
