A Warm Start to Summer as Merco Cleans Up at Capitol Court
The summer is already off to a good start for Merco, with the announcement of a new working relationship with Capitol Court, a premier residential development in Didsbury managed by frequent collaborators, Realty Management.
We’re proud to announce our latest contract cleaning project at Capitol Court, a modern development based in Didsbury, managed by Stockport’s well-known Realty Management. Merco has already had the pleasure of working with Realty on several of their r
esidential blocks, and we’re pleased to be continuing this relationship with contract cleaning at Capitol Court.
Capitol Court offers occupiers stylish living, with easy access to the high-profile Didsbury village. Split between five blocks, Capitol Court offers its residents the opportunity to experience life in a bustling local area close to Manchester, without the hassle of living in the city centre.
Over the last few weeks, Merco’s onsite cleaning team have started work ensuring that Capitol Court is always clean, tidy and presentable for its residents. The in-depth nature and high quality results of our team’s cleaning perfectly complements the development’s modern layout, creating a welcoming and pleasant living environment that everybody can enjoy.
Regularly attending to Capitol Court, our onsite team will be cleaning inside the development’s buildings: all five blocks, across three floors each – a project which the team was keen to sink their teeth into.
We’re pleased to say that the relationship is off to a good start too, with an owner-occupier passing on their thanks to one of our cleaning team, along with commenting that the site “looked so much better once [the team member] had been”.
We find great enjoyment in being the only North West contract cleaning company to deliver a 100% reliability guarantee, meaning that no matter what, our clients receive the best service every day.
For our residential development clients, cleanliness plays an important role in keeping residents happy. We’ve found that by providing a clean, welcoming atmosphere inside and out, residents are happy to come home.
We’re pleased that our relationship with Capitol Court is off to such a good start, and our onsite cleaning team will be working hard to maintain that relationship into the future. At this point, we’d like to thank them for their hard work, and thank Capitol Court for the opportunity to deliver our exceptional contract cleaning services to their residents. With Merco regularly cleaning up, there really is no place like home!
