At the heart of our success – and our plans for future growth – is our incredible team, without whom Merco’s achievements wouldn’t be possible. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our team, Neil Fagleman.
Neil joins Merco as our new Assistant Manager, putting him right at the centre of the action. Neil’s role will see him both plan, implement and manage the all-important processes and systems which keep our onsite team delivering fantastic service, and which will allow us to continue improving Merco’s current offering.
The team at Merco is made up of accomplished individuals who are enthusiastic about our successes, and Neil is no different. As a hard-working and outgoing individual, Neil’s already found his place within the Merco family, and we’re looking forward to watching him drive the organisation forward. Meanwhile, the role provides Neil the opportunity to grow professionally within the business world.
Of course, we also like our team to have fascinating interests outside of work, and we’re pleased to say our new Assistant Manager fits the bill perfectly. Sports-loving Neil is a graduate in Business Studies with Financial Management, and regularly volunteers with Camp Simcha, a charity that supports families affected by serious childhood illness.
