June is upon us, and with it (hopefully) more sun, flowers in bloom and opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.
What this does mean, however, is that now is the time to be sprucing up the grounds of apartments and office blocks.
Weeds and vegetation will grow quickly, restricting paths and making outside areas look unkempt. In contrast, jet-washed pathways and patios will make a building even more appealing in the sun.
As more tenants take to outside areas for lunch, the volume of litter will also increase, meaning it’s important to keep on top of rubbish collection before it becomes out of control.
These things are all easy to sort, and definitely worth putting some thought into now!
