More apartments planned for Manchester City Centre

This week has seen further news of plans for new apartment buildings in Manchester city centre.

According to Insider North West, just over 280 new apartments are set to be built as part of the Macintosh Mills redevelopment, which has already seen the conversion of two mill buildings and Vulcan House into brand new accommodation.

The plans also include a 1,700 sq ft commercial unit, touted to bring with it nine new jobs.

This is really positive news, not just for those looking to purchase a flat or find rental accommodation, but also for those in the commercial cleaning sector.

Now is an extremely positive time to be working in commercial cleaning in the city, with property managers looking for cleaning companies who are reliable and possess high standards to match their own. We recently launched a Reliability Guarantee to give complete peace of mind to the busy property managers who employ us.

Manchester is now a real UK hotspot, with more and more people wanting to live and work here – a sentiment that shows no sign of slowing down.
