At Merco, we love celebrating the fantastic businesses calling Manchester and the wider North West their home – especially when they also happen to be our amazing clients. This month, we decided to catch up with the North West’s fastest-growing residential property management company, urbanbubble.
urbanbubble provide services to residential apartment schemes up and down the country. The company now resides in a 7K sq ft office in the heart of Northern Quarter, Manchester – for which Merco recently took on a new office cleaning contract.
Merco has been part of the companies’ ‘bubble’, if you will, for many years now. In that time, built on a vision and values, urbanbubble have celebrated phenomenal growth.

Under the winter spotlight for urbanbubble is Alexander Edwards who, as Office Coordinator, is constantly in the thick of things and is the ideal person to catch us up on how things are going with Merco.
Here’s what he had to say:
Firstly, why did you choose to use Merco?
We used Merco in the past on some of our properties and were very happy with the service provided (this was before we had grown enough to employ our own cleaners on site).
What did you do before you used Merco?
We used a different office cleaning company, but their standards slipped, so we reached out to Merco, as they are a company who we were familiar with, and who we knew gave great service from past experience.
How does Merco benefit your business?
Our office cleanliness has improved throughout – our current cleaner Ondina is highly reliable, and whenever our staff come into contact with her, they comment on how professional and friendly she is. She has used her initiative to make improvements to our office, and things are going really well.
