Merco’s latest success comes just in time for spring, as the team takes over cleaning at the stunning Broughton Green Development – ensuring residents can enjoy a pleasant and welcoming living environment all year round.
Located two miles from Manchester city centre, the Broughton Green Development is an award winning project – named as ‘Best Overall Development’ in the Manchester Evening News Property Awards during its first phase, and later shortlisted for Best Residential Building in the 2010 Salford Good Design Awards.
Under the watchful eye of our regular client, Manchester Residential Management (MRM), the Broughton Green Development supplies its residents with high quality living in a modern and exciting area. As their current contract cleaner for a number of other sites, MRM have chosen Merco to maintain the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness residents at Broughton Green have come to expect.
The Merco team has taken on many previous contracts with Manchester Residential Management on their other sites already, and the team are both proud and excited to have been chosen for this new opportunity.
